ITSM Hub provides cyber security courses across Australia. Our training programs are designed to equip IT professionals with the knowledge and skill set required to effectively respond to cyber attacks.
Our training program includes two separate courses designed to implement the skills needed to automate and operationalise the NIST-CSF informative reference controls and management systems that are imperative for delivering business outcomes across a range of industries.
Our training programs require no prerequisites, with the NCSP Boot Camp Foundation and Practitioner course running over a five day period and the NIST Cyber Security Professional course being one day.
ITSM Hub’s one day training program is designed to equip students with the knowledge required to implement cyber security and privacy practices through outreach and effective application of standards and best practices required that are imperative for businesses adopting these capabilities.
Students will leave the program equipped with a policy framework of computer security guidance for how organisations can effectively prepare for/respond to attacks. Businesses and individuals enroll in this course to equip them with an effective methodology for assessing and managing cybersecurity outcomes.
Exam & Certification: A closed book, 60 minute, 40 question exam leading to NCSP Foundation Certification.
This is a more in-depth program designed to teach IT professionals and their respective organisations how to quickly engineer, operationalise and automate NIST-CSF informative reference controls and management systems required by organisations to deliver business outcomes.
Course content covers cybersecurity areas including threats, vulnerabilities and how to engineer reference controls to deal with said threats. Students should leave the program with the skill set to design and develop to automate and operationalise NIST Cyber Security Framework controls as well as identify key weaknesses and how to resolve them.
Exam & Certification: The exam for this program entails a closed-book, 150 minute, 90 multiple choice question exam leading to NCSP Practitioner certification.
