The target audience for our Information Technology Management & Leadership Professional (ITMLP) program are soon-to-be, new and experienced first-line IT managers.
Pre-requisites
There are no pre-requisites for this workshop. Familiarity with IT terminology and IT related work experience is recommended.
Exam & Certification
This course prepares participants for the examination leading to the Information Technology Management & Leadership Professional (ITMLP®) certification. The exam is conducted in the ITML Institute learning management system.
- The exam consists of 75 questions, 50 multiple-choice and 25 short-answer questions
- This is an open book, open notes exam and can be completed in one or multiple sessions.
- A pass mark of 70% is required to achieve the certification.
- The exam takes between 3-4 hours to complete, there is no time limit, nor is the exam timed.
