Service Integration & Management (SIAM) Courses

SIAM provides governance, management, integration, assurance, and coordination to ensure that the customer organisation gets maximum value from its service providers. It can be applied to environments that include external service providers only, internal service providers only, or a combination of internal and external service providers.

Many IT organisations are outsourcing portions of their services to scale to meet business needs, lower the cost of services, or drive innovation. Yet, many of today’s outsourcing models have failed to deliver against expectations. The increasing complexity of the IT value chain and the rise of multi-vendor supplier eco-systems has led to the rise of Service Integration and Management as an innovative approach.

This certification is designed for those involved in service management that manage any combination of internal and external service providers. This includes consultants, service managers, project and program managers as well as business relationship, change and commercial managers. Solution Architects might also benefit.
