All candidate personal information is held within our training database Arlo, our LMS LearnUpon and our CRM tool HubSpot. “Personal Information” means any information that personally identifies you, such as your name, email address or billing information, or other data that can be reasonably used to infer this information.
For candidates to register for their respective courses, we may ask you to provide certain Personal Information such as your name, mailing address, telephone number, email address and organisation.
We may also request information when you engage through our website by;
- Filling out and submitting web forms on our websites.
- Using live chat or other interactive features of our websites.
- Responding to an ITSM Hub ad displayed on our website or third-party sites.

ITSM Hub does not distribute, sell, rent, or trade information about our candidates, contractors, consultants and trainers or website visitors.
Upon completing a course or service with ITSM Hub you will be automatically opted into our monthly email newsletter; this can be opted out of at any time.

ITSM Hub partners with examination bodies and accredited institutes and organisations. In some instances it is necessary to share candidate information with these organisations to ensure course completion and examination attendance. PeopleCert, the global examination body for AXLEOS will request candidates to provide their personal information when registering for their examination. Before the examination starts, candidates are required to produce information and identification to confirm their identity. APMG International, accredits organisations to deliver training courses and is the examination body for our Agile Project Management, Business Relationship Management, Change Management and NIST courses. Candidates will be requested to provide their personal information when registering for their exam. ITSM Hub will provide candidate name and email addresses when ordering exam vouchers. EXIN are an independent exam and certification institute who we are partnered with to deliver globally recognised certifications. Candidates need to register with EXIN in order to complete their exam and certify in the relevant product. Some personal information may be shared with EXIN upon ordering or registering the candidate. You can read EXIN’s privacy policy in full here
Professional Designations, who are an examination provider for IT and Business certifications and designations associated with the Pink Elephant certification courses. Candidate name and email addresses will be provided when ordering candidate exam vouchers. When candidates are requested to register for their exam with Professional Designations they may also need to provide further personal information to identify them.
AXELOS, who are responsible for developing and maintaining a number of global best practice frameworks and methodologies used by professionals primarily working in IT service management, project, programme and portfolio management and cyber resilience. Candidates personal information may be shared with AXELOS when candidates opt into their membership programmes or choose to have their details displayed on the successful candidate register. BRM Institute, our training partner for the BRM suite of certified courses will hold candidate information for the purpose of course materials and membership, when candidates choose to become a member. BRM Institute’s privacy policy can be read in full here
GamingWorks, our training partner for simulation workshops designs, develops and deploys professional business simulations. Company and candidate information will be held for the purpose of course materials. GamingWorks’ privacy policy can be read in full here
CySec Professionals, our training partner for the NIST Certification program. Courses are accredited by APMG International, are certified in the UK under the National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC) Certified Training scheme and are listed in the US on the DHS CISA NICCS Cybersecurity approved cyber training database. IAITAM, our training partner via APMG International, will hold candidates information for the purpose of course materials, for the delivery of the IAITAM suite of products, including CSAM and CHAMP examinations. IAITAM’s privacy policy can be read in full here
Everitas / Credly, our digital credentialing partner work together to provide our candidates with a digital badge upon completion of a course or workshop.
